Family owned & operated by brother & sister Benjamin Cleary & Samantha Williams

Samantha Williams

Samantha, a Brewster native and long-time Cape Codder, attended Nauset Regional High School, where she graduated in 2009. After high school, she furthered her education at Cape Cod Community College, pursuing an associate’s degree in Business Management.


In 2007, Samantha joined her family’s construction business, starting as a scale house operator selling yard material. Over the years, she worked her way up from a septic dispatcher to her current position as an assistant project manager.


With 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Samantha wanted to find a way to help the customers and community with whom she had built relationships. This led her to start a portable toilet company, where she now manages customer relations, billing, and office responsibilities.


Samantha and her husband, Dusty, along with their two daughters, currently reside in Harwich. When she’s not working behind a computer, Samantha cherishes spending quality time with her girls, who are her pride and joy.

Ben Cleary

Samantha’s younger brother, Ben, is a lifelong resident of Cape Cod and was raised in Brewster. After graduating from Nauset Regional High School in 2015, Ben joined the family construction business. He knew from a young age that he wanted a career in the construction industry, as he had always been surrounded by machinery.


Determined to excel in his field, Ben obtained his hoisting license and CDL Class A. He started his career as a truck driver and gradually worked his way up to becoming a machine operator. Currently, he proudly serves as the Crew Foreman, leading his own team.


Having spent countless hours on construction sites, Ben has come to realize the significance of a clean portable toilet. He understands its importance for both the construction industry and the local community. Ben is known for his friendliness and outgoing nature, and he takes immense pride in his work. As a result, he has earned a strong reputation for dedication, trustworthiness, and reliability.


Ben currently resides in Harwich when he is not working, and you can usually find him enjoying the company of his beloved Bulldog companion, “Dozer.”
